"Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. "We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"This is our second stay at an El Dorado Resort and we will definitely be going back. One year ago we stayed at the El Dorado Royale, and that property had three resorts on it - beautiful, but a lot of walking. The El Dorado Maroma had a much better beach, but the property with the Royale and the Casitas had more pools. We enjoyed that this resort was smaller and had less people, but still had all the great restaurants, entertaining shows, and the staff went out of their way to get us whatever...
