"Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. "We had an amamzing stay at the Valentin! First timers and will be returning. The property is so beautiful and it was some of the best resort food we’ve ever had. The pool entertainment is awesome. All around 10/10"

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious food "

"Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal."
