"Skip (and Doobie) are amazing hosts! They have a beautiful and peaceful Hacienda! Our room also had a very luxurious feel to it. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return whenever the opportunity arises again. Thank you!"

"This place is amazing!!! It’s truly an experience."

"Las habitaciones son bastante grandes"

"Great beach, great food, great hotel overall! Great location."

"great clean beautiful.. not a big beach area if that is what you're looking for. all the bars don't open till 11 which is kind of a downer as everyone was waiting around for them to open. but over all service was great and lots of fun"

"My stay at resort was good. Staff great. Excellent staff as t the buffet made it knew what goods I couldn't eat. Great pick up and drop service to and from my room. I loved my room and swim out pool. But room had a little odor like mildew smell told staff they quickly changed filters and other things."

"I dislike that we had to go change into formal/casual just to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurants. Our room was not near to some restaurants. So have to leave the pool to go change and then come back was the only thing i disliked"

"Instalaciones muy buenas y grandes, ambiente muy tranquilo, staff siempre pendiente y amable. la comida es buena, los menu a la carta son muy buenos. Únicamente la playa no es la mejor, la tratan de mantener bien, pero es limitada."

"We have been frequent guests over the past 20 years! Truly a vacation every visit! Staff is top notch!! From the very caring and attentive bellman, extremely welcoming every time, We have brought our families and our staff several times over the years!! We are always welcomed with a sweet and genuine "Welcome Home" from Abraham and all of the up front staff!! Javi took great care of us each and every evening at the indoor bar and has a great sense of humor!! We hit on some pretty rainy...

"Had a wonderful experience at the reef club. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. We had a lot of fun with water aerobics, stretching exercises , going to the beach. We were visiting during Dia de los Muertos. The reef club made it very special with unbelievable decorations and employee Catrina contest. Laura gave the best birthday massage."
