"We paid to upgrade to an ocean front room. The smell was so awful we couldn’t go outside. There were people working and construction happening right outside our room. The food was disgusting. My Apple AirPods were stolen out of my bag sometime during our stay. What a disappointment."

"Terrible experience from the moment we arrived.
Check-in was complete chaos. There was a group of around 200 people checking in, and I was initially told I would have to wait THREE HOURS just to check in. Only after I complained was I moved to another line.
Our room had multiple issues: the AC barely worked, the fan didn’t work, the Jacuzzi didn’t work, and water came in around the sliding door. The room was extremely hot at night.
Then after 9:30 PM, a staff member knocked and entered our...

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"I cannot express how special this resort is. Small, intimate, and unique. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday..special drinks, food and a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler on top, Best birthday ever. I was upgraded to an amazing ocean front room.
