"This was our fourth stay at the Crescent, our first under Champneys’ ownership. As locals we are invested in the building, having followed its restoration over the years, not least with considerable financial help from the county and borough councils. "Fabulous place in a beautiful setting. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent storage and a lovely en-suite shower room.
We were fortunate that the weather was good enough that the walk from the room (a Woodland lodge) to the hotel for meals was pleasant but an umbrella as provided jut in case!
We enjoyed using the pool and thermal suite which was never busy.
The food was excellent and there was lots of choice at...

"Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for.
Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference."

"Fabulous hotel and amenities. Spa facilities only available free to hotel guests 8-10am and 7-9pm, outside these times it’s £70 per person, which seems excessive, especially with room rates so high. A simple booking system would allow the spa to prevent overcrowding, without the high fees."

"Very enjoyable room, no issues at all.... didn't spend enough time within the hotel (regarding the usage of the amenities) 'cos we attended events outside Glasgow...
We'd love to revisit and chillax a bit more ...."

"We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!"
