"La habitación que me tocó, olía a cucarachas y el baño no bajaba bien, lo reporte y se me indicó que iba a pasar un personal de mantenimiento y le iban a dar una limpieza profunda al baño, nunca pasó nadie y tampoco, me dieron respuesta nunca, y lo reporte tres veces. "Rooms were clean and facility was beautiful, but it lacked on customer service and entertainment. The staff was not friendly and were not helpful to communicate all of the hotel amenities. The food in the buffet was cold, and they had the same things every day. I've been to many hotels in this area, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"You guys need to put the resort all inclusive you charges for everything and the resort is too expensive"

"I traveled for work, and it was the ideal spot to be at an all-inclusive resort. Love the place."

"This was my second visit to this resort this year, and once again, the staff was phenomenal. We got a chance to try more of the food this time around, and I’d give it a solid 9.2/10 overall. Great variety and plenty of really good options. The location is another huge plus. It’s convenient, and I love that you don’t have to deal with hagglers on the beach. Overall, another great...

"The staff were AMAZING!!! Friendly, professional, and helpful!! The hotel isn’t that old so I would’ve expected the shower floor and stall to have been much cleaner than it was."

"Las Hab estar no tiene privacidad en Baño hacia la cama....si vas con tu familia o amigos...no funciona pero lo demás esta excelente..espero que mejor es problema"

"The rooms are not up to 5 stars compared to others hotels in Jamaica. As a Jamaican living abroad I was hoping to get some authentic jamaica food but it was rubbish. The chefs needs to retrained . I was very disappointed 21 of us and non of us was happy with the food ."
