"Friendly staff and clean rooms/facilities. Buffet is what you expect at an all inclusive. Lots of walking from the blvd to the pool and beach. Kids loved the water park and beach activities."

"Everything was great. We did get the remodeling and construction notification. On our two days stay 02/22-02/24 there was a lot of noise above our room from the construction. If we had the television on it wasn't too bad. Having the washer/dryer was a plus. My kids are asking to go back to this resort for a longer stay so that is a plus. "

"Our room was in a great location. Disappointed when we got there, we were supposed to be VIP and when we got there it was not available. This is one reason I booked there. Also it says 24 hour room service is included but did not say they charge each time for this, this was disappointing also. All inclusive means everything is included. Need to update what is exactly included so there are no surprises when you get there "

"Food was 10/10.  Pool was 10/10. Beach was 10/10. Cleaning staff was 10/10. Bartending staff 5/10, very hit or miss depending on the day. However, we were there during spring break which brought a tremendous amount of young people. Rooms 5/10: The 10th floor had some odor issues in the bathrooms, it smelled strongly of sulfur. They did move us to another room on the same floor, but the same smell persisted. Our friends were on the 11th floor and they had no issues so the odor must have been...

"This resort was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and very helpful, beach was beautiful, and food was good! There’s something to eat for everyone! We had a group of 15 and were extremely happy with our week stay!"

"Employees were great, the towels sometimes had stains or crusty parts but we're still clean, we upgraded our room to one with a Jacuzzi but it was broken and it took multiple days for them to fix it. No streaming services on the TVs, food was great! I would definitely come back but be sure to have a room upgrade as I feel the cleanliness of the upgraded room was better. "

However, Riu doesn’t have an openly available transport so you will likely rely on taxis to get around if you plan to go far- bring cash."
