"The beach here is nice however the overall experience, staff, and amenities leave much to be desired. Upon arrival as were asked if we were interested in upgrading to a family suite, which we declined thinking the original room we had booked would fit our needs. When we arrived at the room the ceiling was leaking and the room smelt of mold. The shower was also open to the rest of the room through clear glass, making for an awkward situation being we were there with our fifteen year old daughter....

"It was a great resort for kids of all ages, for teenagers on March break, for couples with young kids, for grandparents with grandkids. It’s a very large resort, but the shuttle service is able to minimize the hardship of going from the beach to the lobby for example."

"For kids are the best but for adults they got 1 start, checking take so long, concierge ahhhh not really good they just want us join as members of the hotel and I feel they pressure us into doing that, buffet was ok fo kids menu, bars not to bad but so many items running out of product, overall for all the money we pay they need to improve more "

"The hotel rooms were well cleaned every day! We really enjoyed some of the staff while others were a little standoffish. The beach was nice, although there was quite a bit of seaweed. We LOVED the food! And the pools were warm and refreshing! We had to scramble a bit for a shuttle as Expedia did not reach out to organize a way there but there are reps at the airport and hotel that you can easily figure out how to get to and from the airport. Overall, we had an amazing and relaxing time away "

"The internet wasn’t great, works only in certain areas and it was slow. We also had flies in our bathroom that appeared to be coming from the drains. I complained about it on the first day but the flies kept coming back. Overall the hotel was great, food was good and the staff were great. "

"Room absolutely filthy, shuttle was 2 hours late.. my eyes got infected from whatever was on those unclean sheets and I have proof of it all "
