"Resort ok, good staff "

"Appeared clean however i found multiple roaches in the room and had some bug bites when i woke up a day after arrival. "

"Resort is enormous. Main building has mediocre bars with no windows and no outside component. Food is sub par. Would never stay here again. Impossible to get reservations at the two restaurants that require them. "

"Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). We were told we we would be moved the next day, but there was little follow-through and I had to track down updates myself. When an alternative was finally offered, I was told the blinds in that room would not open, which was not a reasonable option. The...

"Food wasn't good . Never got room towels . And everyone got the poops "

"The adults only side is small and well kept which is exactly what we wanted. We could always find a set of chairs when needed and you had a choice by the “party pool” or the quiet pool or on the beach. The staff for the most part was amazing, Marco, Joel, Herbert and our cleaning lady were some of the best. The beach unfortunately was hit and miss in terms of seaweed, but still lovely. The food was what to be expected, we liked the steak house and the sushi (Thai) option the most. Overall...

"Rooms were very clean but air condition in building ,hallways, seemed extremely high. Staff was hit, and miss Either staff was helpful and friendly, or they were the complete opposite and made you feel as if you were bothering them. Food was for the most part good,again hit and miss. "
