"Overall, the resort has potential, but it falls well short of the five-star experience it's advertised to be. The property is nice, but better signage is needed as it's not always easy to find your way around. Our stay got off to a rough start. The first morning there was no water for about 30 minutes. "The resort is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. It was clean and the staff were always friendly. The pool was probably my favorite part. Two swim up bars and the lagoons so fun for older kids! We went 4 moms and our 4 teenage boys and we all had a blast. Lots to do and lots to walk around. The food was excellent. Even though they had some construction going on, it was never a burden or bother. Great location!"

"Some of the staff was very nice and polite, upon arrival not 1 person offered to help with bags even after seeing us go back and forth multiple times due to room changes and upgrading the room. Cindy legit tried to scam me for a room upgrade the room i booked vs the upgrade was maybe 130 difference per night and she tried to charge me 300 pernite to upgrade which was the full price if the room. I went to someone else and got it for 150 a night. But then they play with your money they took 1200...
