"Have been in the same place a couple years ago and we loved it as a family. This time was completely different. The service was terrible, lacked welcoming and serving the people. Noticed multiple times workers hiding in corners and places just so they did not serve the guests. Multiple times going to bars and places during the day, the workers would ignore and not even serve. Could not ask for drinks or any service because the workers were very arrogant and not respectful. Multiple times after...

"They really want you to be a member of hard rock vacation club. They will try and sell you on a vacation package a few different times. Just wanting to relax on vacation spent 3+ hours of saying no. Then they try to sell you when you were checking out. On a pay now travel anytime. They advertise 13 pools. 4 of the pools are members only. Nice facility."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Amazing shower. Lots of shops near by (all walking distance). The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The best part for me was the boat that takes you to their private island at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place."
