At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). "I celebrated my 60th birthday at this resort with a group of 10, and the experience was unforgettable. The attention to detail from the staff was absolutely over the top and made our stay truly special. The rooms were amazing, and overall this is the best resort I have stayed at in the Caribbean. "Hotel is nice overall. Food is decent. Good location with a nice beachfront. Staff was not the best. It was hit or miss with customer service. There were times where we weren’t acknowledged at the restaurants/buffet, they would forget our drinks/requests, some would have an attitude if we asked a question. There were some who made us feel welcomed, like bell boys and some bartenders. Overall not the worse place to stay for the price but I think you can find a better place."
