"Clean, staff not so friendly"

"We were upgraded to suite, which was nice. The staff was welcoming and answered any questions/concerns we had. It would've been nice to have a coffee maker in the room but that's minor. Plenty of pool space since there's multiple pools. The beach has so much sand that you can walk all the way out to the stone wall barrier, so that's pretty cool."

"It was a great resort for kids of all ages, for teenagers on March break, for couples with young kids, for grandparents with grandkids. It’s a very large resort, but the shuttle service is able to minimize the hardship of going from the beach to the lobby for example."

"We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. Activities were great, workout area was great and never too busy. Restaurant was also good when we ate/drank there. We loved the ground floor room with walkout to pool area. "Great location, friendly staff, super clean. Did not give a 5 star because I felt that after the cruise people(day pass) leave the atmosphere changes. Most places/activities close and it feels like you should also pick-up and go to your room.......But overall loved it and will definitely come back."

"We had a great time! Staff were all so nice. Amenities are great! We love the swim up suite and the waterpark specifically the lazy river. The only thing is that food has huge variety but not the best though. I would say food is 6/10, but theres always option to pick and choose from. Kids enjoyed it! "

"The internet wasn’t great, works only in certain areas and it was slow. We also had flies in our bathroom that appeared to be coming from the drains. I complained about it on the first day but the flies kept coming back. Overall the hotel was great, food was good and the staff were great. "
