"The two pools and the beach were AMAZING! My biggest complaint is that there are signs posted all over that you are not allowed to reserve chairs but everyone does it anyway. We watched people reserve chairs on both the beach and at the pool and didn't use one of the sets all day. The property was always clean and most staff are friendly. The food was ok. We preferred the buffet and room service food over the restaurants. Getting in to one the of restaurants to eat takes some time to...

"We had a great time! There were some extra fees for things we were not expecting- the drinks and food were pricey but the resort was so beautiful and well kept and the staff was a 10/10 and the highlight of the trip/ had a wonderful time overall! "

"This place was amazingly beautiful! It’s very close to the airport and bávaro adventure park. The beach was incredible! The sand is so powdery soft it feels like flour! The food was really good and so were the alcoholic beverages! My only complaint would be that nothing was on time as I guess they run on “island time.” Also, there hot tub is not actually a hot tub lol which was disappointing because when the clouds covered the sun and there was a breeze it was cold. "

"The internet worked on and off half the time, the rooms all smell really musty even after switching rooms 3 separate times and each room all had their own issue. Some had slow drains, one had a toilet that didn’t flush too well, and the other one just had black grime built up near the shower corners. "The staff at the resort were very nice and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Our room was not as clean as expected, specifically, the shower was still dirty upon arrival. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The pools were just okay, and the water park had very limited hours. It didn’t open until 10 AM one day and 11 AM on another, and it closes at 5 PM....

"The mattresses are horrible, several elderly ppl I saw and heard complaining about the beds, I too felt the mattresses need to be changed. Otherwise Hotel Riu was great the entertainers, and pool staff, security was amazing. the shuttle company Shuttle Central the bus was in very poor condition."
