"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating I do have to say because it's so busy in room service sometimes gets the order wrong but it really is a wonderful place to stay with so much to do that we definitely couldn't do everything we wanted to do we want to go back I do wish the pools were open later I wish they would be open at least till 9:00 p.m. and when other guests are walking by your room is quite loud and extremely disruptive especially late at night when you're trying to sleep...

"Normally don’t stay at large resorts but this one was beautiful. Just a warning you will do a lot of walking and waking up early to grab seats. The food was just okay It was very pricey if your used to going to an all inclusive be prepared to spend an additional 2 grand on food."

My room had been updated, but they painted it so thoroughly that the TV was covered in white spots. I had a standard or economy room (not a privillidge room), so the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. "The property is amazing, our room was a swim out and it was perfect. We would open our balcony and just be in our pool. All the other pools are also perfect! The beach is not wavy and very warm water. The food is really good. But if I need to choose one thing, that would be the staff. "We recently stayed at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana and while the resort itself is nice, our experience with the “special breakfast” presentation was extremely disappointing. We were invited the day before to attend what was described as a special breakfast with a 60-minute presentation. Instead, it turned into a nearly 3-hour high-pressure sales pitch during a regular breakfast. We were rushed while eating and had to answer questions throughout, which took away from the experience...

"The location of this hotel was ideal. Very close to the airport and beaches. The pool was great and very well maintained. I was here with my kids and they were so pleased. We also loved that the beach access was very close (2 min walk) where they had chairs, towels and umbrellas for us. The breakfast was great as well. All the staff were very nice.
