"Never had to rush for a lounge chair at this resort! It's not fancy, but really had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip to PR! "Spent a week at the Serenade All-Suites in Punta Cana (adults only) April 21-28. We did not purchase the Elite package & I feel it was not needed. We did get the Elite check-in & a butler which was a perk of Expedia (they said). Glady, Chayrel & Jorge were great! "Everything was unreal "

"Good resort for kids! Concierge was a little too aggressive on their sales of character meals and slime experiences. No additional help was offered for other things ie tours, dinner reservations (like a normal concierge). Once they realized you weren’t paying extra, they were done with you. Meals were ok. Lots of kiddie options. Also, could use some more entertainment in the evening for kids."

"We stayed four nights as a family of four. It was our hub for a vacation. LOVED the breakfast with the omelet bar and the free happy hour. Kids spent lots of time in the pool. We used the patio restaurant and the grab and go cafe and both were good. We also walked to Isla verde beach - easy 2 blocks and used the hotel umbrellas, chairs, and towels.
