"This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. Luis, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding with the check in survey that was at Expedia not at you sir. "The staff seemed a bit standoffish sometimes and the throw pillow in our room was soiled when we arrived but the food was great compared to our last resort and we enjoyed Beyoncé and the entertainment group very much"

"Staff is great and made our stay worth it. Property is small and doesn’t offer many amenities compared to other resorts. Also, hate the rooms only came with a couple bottles of water, no robes or any additional accommodations. Bathroom was really small. Enjoyed my stay, but I wouldn’t come back."

"This is not the place for a girls trip or with friends. Very family friendly only. Also, they wanted to charge for everything and not even water was provided. Staff only moped the dirty floors didn’t even broom. There was left over trash in our room from the people before. "

Shout out Filix and Daniela (Preferred Pool Bar) for making us feel like family in such a short amount of time. The food is okay. I would absolutely recommend the Preferred experience as the perks made our stay extremely convenient and the extra amenities went a long way. Will absolutely be returning!"

"We stayed from May 3 to May 9 2026. We were greeted with hassle free check in, and sat with a beverage while check in was handled for us by the welcome staff. Our room was beautiful, plenty of space, comfortable beds, cool air, AMAZING SHOWER and fridge stocked daily with drinks. Pools were perfect, water slides were really fun for both the kids, on the smaller side for under 48 inches, and adults, and the lifeguards were on full patrol for kids' saftey. "The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always willing to assist. Only issue we had was with out shower head being broken. Took two days of us constantly reaching out to the front desk for any assistance. Other than that, it’s a phenomenal resort."

Good amount of activities to do at the hotel. The hotel could improve nightly entertainment due to a the location there not much to do near the property. The rooms are beautiful.
