"Not great value but fun for the kids. The property is huge. It’s a mega resort. Very well kept and staff were nice but it was insanely busy. Food was expensive and poor quality for the most part. Drinks were so so. Very inconsistent. Overall it felt like a mix of Vegas and Miami with lots of things for kids to do. "

"Most of the staff working at this hotel are rude or just don’t like working there. There are a few people that will treat you well and have good customer service skills but that’s not the norm. The buffet lacks variety and they rarely have a table ready. They should do something to organize the shuttle lines, when the train arrives it’s very chaotic. Pescador restaurant was good, but the host that night was more interested in telling me about the mistakes I made instead of trying to help....

"We enjoyed the pool area lot. Beach was cleaner than expected. Staff was polite at times and sometimes they did not care about you at the buffet and restaurant. Do not sign up for H10 promotion event, it is a scam to get you to sign up for their membership and will be a waste of your time.
