"We stayed at this resort for 5 days. Pros: We enjoyed the variety of pools and the beach and dining options. The beach was rocky to enter but the water was well worth It. With premium we had the butler service and they were very responsive and available Cons:The staff was hit or miss, some places It was great and others we didn’t even get a hello.In terms of entertainment, we felt like the DJs and staff were trying too hard to create an atmosphere and did a lot of talking/ dance contests....

"Worth it for the price point. After the second day the food was lackluster. Staff acted like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there service suffered."

"There was a cockroach in the bathroom and no makeup mirror. Was told they ran out of makeup mirrors. The shower pressure was very weak and was told it is due to having an old shower head. There was some kind of slime that you can scrape off on the toilet door handle. They also got rid of clocks. Would not recommend this place."

We didn’t like the fact the in-room bathroom had a barn door which caused a lack of privacy. The fact the adult resort was literally separated from the other property was inconvenient.
