"Was here for five days! The staff, was very courteous and helpful every time we had questions. The room itself was very clean, staff provided extra items once we needed them. Overall, the hotel property was relaxing, fun and a great time! "

"On the plus side the facility was well maintained including hotel, grounds, beach, and pool areas. Buffets at Verandah offered a multitude of choices catering to everyone's taste. "Clean room, amazing staff, luxurious amenities"

"This hotel was an amusement park, not a vacation. We left after the second day to spend the remainder of our vacation at another hotel. There were WAY TOO MANY guests and not enough amenities to accommodate them. They state they have 45+ restaurants but that is false! Tiny little food trucks that serve terrible food and takeout huts are considered a restaurant but are only open during the day, so night time selection for dinner is very limited. "The property was beautiful. It was just boring. The food was okay. The pool was beautiful. The club is on the family side not the all adults side. We didn’t know the club was there until the last day of my stay. "

"Beware of the vacation club pressures. They will try to get you to attend an hour presentation to join their vacation club. The hour starts after breakfast IF you agree. "

"The hotel is spotless with modern, well maintained rooms. The buffet and Tartufo restaurant were highlights, though Pescador was just okay. The beach by the hotel is beautiful and clean. Service, however, was hit-or-miss. While some staff were great, others were slow or dismissive, specifically at reception, where the second part of my check-in (when they actually gave me the room after 15:00) felt rude and unprofessional, Great facilities, but the service needs more consistency."

"Best all inclusive I have been too. Upgraded to platinum, that is the way to go. VIP service. Food was excellent in most of the restaurants. Pools were never crowded, always plenty of chairs. I will definitely be coming back. There is no reason to go anywhere else "
