Only complaints are we got suckered into a 3 hour presentation where we were solicited a $10,000 club membership, one of the restaurants wasn’t open the whole time we were here & if you want to eat at the restaurants that require reservations then you have to make them before 9 am "

"Roof was leaking in our room, hot tub smelt like sewage, fan stopped working, door handle was broken. Got the elite package, nothing elite about it other than we got a different menu. No music, nothing happening on the adult side. More happening on the family side. Couldn’t get reservations for restaurants that were half empty. They did come and fix some of the issues. The staff if you didn’t get alcohol ignored you in some restaurants. We ordered food from one place and wish I was lying, but...

"Having the upgraded Platinum room category and butlers is a must. The resort was busy and the restaurants are understaffed so they dont actually fill all the tables so if you dont have a butler reservation you are kind of out of luck. It was kind of crazy actually. Our butlers were Shay Shay and Questos. They were AMAZING. Always ready to take care of us morning and night. "Very big property. Very good places enjoy vacation. I think they have to do whoever want to go to shopping outside of resorts, they have arranged car with fix time and safety. So people can outside food. I stay 6 night in resorts eating same food is boring. If they take outside we can eat outside tooo with our money. And very less vegetarian options please add more food Other than everything is best, best people "

"We love Puerto Rico and were very excited to stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan, but noticed some issues as soon as we checked in. Upon arriving in the room, we found a medicine plunger behind the headboard of the bed. Okay, maybe somethings get missed when cleaning a room, but it was pretty obvious. I let it go because it was late and we were tired from a day of traveling - all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink...
