"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower. If you want to save money by cooking and heating up leftovers, I would recommend Reef over Royal. The pros to the Royal tower is it’s central to Atlantis, and you don’t need to take shuttles; everything is walkable. Ocean view rooms are amazing! We were in 15-522 and the view is breath taking. "We had problems with the air conditioner of the room assigned. We were transfered to a new room at 3am which worked properly. Food and beverage service was excellent and people with right attitude toward service. Was a relaxing weekend helpful to continue hard working..."

"Kids had a great time. Biggest concerns are the prices but we learned to eat most of our meals at the fish fry which is just a 10 minute walk. We spent the majority of our time around the pool. The music was a one hour playlist that repeated all day every day. I felt like I was going to lose my mind. I can't imagine how the employees feel about that"

I was suppose to have an island view, but instead all I saw from my room was a construction site and a roof!!
