Cari Cottage di Riviera Maya

"It is a very beautiful resort, unfortunately they seemed to miss the mark on bathroom placement around the resort, most bathrooms you needed to either go up some stairs or down some stairs to get to them, the bathroom below the snack bar has three stalls in the ladies but one was out of order the entire time. The lobby bar is also down some stairs outside ( not anywhere near the lobby) very odd, the adult section pool would have been better if they actually had the bar open there, ( it has not...

"My first impression up on arriving at the hotel was the attentiveness and kindness of the staff throughout my entire stay. The cleaning of my room was impeccable thank you to all the staff."

"The staff was all very friendly and helpful"

"La habitación está ok, pero la cama es sumamente dura e incomoda y el calentador de la habitacion donde me quedé no servía. Claramente no es un hotel 5 estrellas, por lo que no está mal, pero si le falta cariño"

"Free complimentary breakfast is delicious. It is also convenient to have the free shuttle service to the airport and the staff is so nice and helpful"

"Все прошло отлично!!!"

"Rating: 1/5 – Very Disappointing Beach Experience The hotel itself was clean and decent, and I had no major complaints about the hotel facilities. However, the beach and ocean were extremely disappointing. The beach was in terrible condition, and the water was very unpleasant, with a strong bad smell and a reddish appearance. "Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio"

The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The floors felt dirty, and there was noticeable dust underneath the bed. The property overall needs bettermaintenance and updates, as there were several areas of visible damage, including holes and other issues throughout the resort. We also experienced indoor flooding...

"Shuttle service hard to schedule. No answer . No early check in . Tours offered in hotel are expensive and are crap. Got better deal outside hotel."

"Great Hotel A-lot of amenities Tasty decisions for Food and great rooms"

"Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal"

"Instalaciones muy buenas y grandes, ambiente muy tranquilo, staff siempre pendiente y amable. la comida es buena, los menu a la carta son muy buenos. Únicamente la playa no es la mejor, la tratan de mantener bien, pero es limitada."
