"Staff was curtious… Wish they had more activities around the pool. Wish we were told one of the pools would be closed our partner visit and wish the breakfast buffet had more to offer."

"This hotel was wonderful and the staff were fabulous! The only negative I have but will still give it a 5 star is how cold the whole hotel was. My room was freezing, but I was able to turn the air off; however, the rest of the hotel was freezing. I stayed shivering and because of the going out in the warm then coming back into the cold, I came home with a terrible cold. The weather degrees was between 78-79, it shouldn’t had been so cold in the hotel. Again, it will get its 5 stars because of how beautiful the hotel and staff were!"
