"To long checking inn beds should face the falls not the walls"

"We had a fallsview which was fantastic! Would recommend to get a window room. We found the beds very comfortable but pillows were not good at all. Bedding was very nice! Could have used a couple of face cloths and found the towels well used. The room is showing wear. Would recommend that the hotel maybe look at touching up walls, doorframes and ceilings where it shows water marks. The lobby is very nice, the free coffee is great and very handy. We were just disappointed that the hotel...

"Superbe hôtel pour voir les chutes. Étions au 28eme étage. Par contre le parking est cher. 40$ de minuit à midi. Le seul avantage est que les chutes sont juste à côté, et que l'hôtel a des réductions sur les restaurants aux alentours. À pars ce petit bémol le personnel est serviable et gentil."

"It’s Banff it honestly speaks for itself. The Fox hotel though was amazing as always, the only thing I’d suggest is for when it’s the end of the day and you’re back in your room settling down id suggest bringing a chrome stick or something to stream Netflix or whatever platform because their TVs aren’t smart TVs."

"As always I love the pools, just be warned during the day it’s quite loud with kids playing and at night it can get a bit rowdy. The view in my room was amazing and the staff was great. We ended up getting an upgrade as it was our anniversary. The room was spacious and it was clean but it was quite dated and I did notice some cob webs. It didn’t affect our stay but I could see being upset if we had paid the price of the upgraded room to have cob webs."

"It’s a alright hotel but for the price you can get a lot better. Having the best address in the city doesn’t makes them the prestige or nicer hotel, it need execution for it. Walked in to my tower suite with a half side was blasted with heat on and other side with AC, one window doesn’t even have a curtain on upon calling them, they sent maintenance and they couldn’t fix and all they did after 30 mins change me to different room which was even worst and collected dust for sometime. "Not recommended. I paid $234 for one night and was disappointed with the experience. The room did not have a private washroom, which was not good value for the price. The hotel was also very noisy, and the walls seemed to have little to no soundproofing, making it difficult to rest. For the amount charged, I expected much better comfort and privacy. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
