10/10 Excellent

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The room carpet in 211 had obvious signs of damage. Bathroom was superb… really very big and clean. Our room was in a basement (which sounds bad) but there was an exquisite lighted wall that filled one whole wall and was designed to give an outdoor feeling (it helped a lot. It was lighted from behind and there was a dimmer switch). We were very comfortable in this room and staff was excellent."

"This airport hotel is extremely good value in comparison to the other airport hotels around it. Easy to find with clear signs from the train station and airport, both of which are in walking g distance. Nice bar and restaurant area. Clean, comfy bed, good black out blinds, nice clean bathroom good shower. And absolutely no noise from the airport or anywhere else for that matter. My only criticism would be that the pillows were a little hard but that's maybe a preference thing."

"It was a lot of confusion when I paid an extra 40 lbs to check in early but didn’t get too, so after arguing with them we did get in around 1130. Rooms are really small and so is the shower! I feel like we got put in a crappy room because we argued with them and ask to speak to the manager! The outside is beautiful and the restaurant inside Wes very good so no complaints other than the check in process!! I would stay again!!"

"It’s old and rough around the edges but it is a decent hotel with amazing views of Tower Bridge and Tower of London. We did pass on breakfast since it was very expensive for what it is, particularly for a family of 3 ( £22 per person). We went down for drinks one night at the bar and the bill was £35 for 2 drinks, which is crazy. We got a family suite which included a stocked, complimentary mini fridge (including beer, gin and tonic, water and sodas. We have stayed here twice on London visits and I would book again."
