"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner...

"Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport. Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh. The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around. "The room we were given initially was shocking! Dark, dingy with a terrible smell and a view of a brick wall. The carpet was wet with something and they had clearly used air fresheners to disguise this. No iron, no hairdryer and the wardrobe wouldn't open due the placement of furniture.
