"i had a very negative experience my hot tub jets didn’t come on and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. overall the hotel is very outdated as well. when i told the front desk he laughed at me with no solution. staff was also very rude. i stayed at excellence for 4 days and here one, it was nowhere near comparable to a 5 star experience. would not recommend."

"The property was in good shape, the room stayed clean, and the food when cooked correctly was good. We stayed almost a week but had some difficulties at the airport which delayed our trip. The hotel would not reimburse us for the day we did not make it there due to 5 flight delays that we had no control over. The management team would not even entertain any sort of credit. This would make me not stay in the future as there is no controlling if you cannot fly to your destination."

"Our first all inclusive experience and it was definitely one to remember. All the staff was so attentive and professional. Chad, Fresh and Kiwi always had fun activities and kept everyone engaged and having fun. A very quiet and relaxing resort. Great food and beautiful views I would most definitely stay here again!!!"

"Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood...

"The pictures does NOT match this “resort” at alllll. I went to this property on 6/1 and was sooo dissatisfied! The property needs renovations and honestly should not be open until then. I stayed for one night and then left to go to another resort. The staff were very friendly and the little food was good but other than that it’s a NO for me. The beach was nice but it’s not apart of the property. Giving the guest a pass to get into the beach is a nice gesture thanks ;)"

"This was my first time at couples tower isles but it certainly won’t be the last. From start to finish my stay was exceptional. The room was really nice, the staff was so hospitable, and the food was delicious at every single restaurant. There’s nothing I tried there that I didn’t like.
