"The resort, rooms, buildings, and pool areas are beautiful. The wifi is limited and spotty unless you are in the main lobby area. Buffet food gets boring quick, rarely freshly cooked, potatoes and many vegetables are never cooked through, meats are tough and grisly. Specialty Restaurants are nearly impossible to get reservations at, And the restaurants seem to just use the food from the buffets with new sauces. It may be all inclusive but they never stop the upselling...bottles of wine, top...

What threw me off was the check-in experience - they couldn't speak english and then the silly idea of selling preferred was just off putting, and then the fact that waiters don't speak english - when over 75% of your clientele is english speaking you ought to speak the language."

Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc. The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball. On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level.
