"I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was super nice. The front desk, the cleaning ladies and the bell hop service. Super genuinely nice people. However, the hotel is a bit dated. Whoever did their staging pictures for social media did a good job….upon arrival, the elevators didn’t work…this happened off & on throughout our stay. We were staying on the 14th floor….night 2 & 3 our air didn’t work at all. Woke up to take a shower on day 2 and there was no water… if you’re renting a car beware of the charges for parking. It’s $65 a night for cars and $107 a night for a truck. They did offer to take off the vacility fee for all these troubles, (I think it was $130) which was nice. Would I stay here again? No. "

"Clean place with great staff"

"It was great for what it is: a comfortable space perfectly located with just enough room. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. My only complaint was my mattress was a bit softer than I prefer. I still managed to sleep fine. Great place. "

"Property was accessible and clean. Housekeeping on our floor (Evangelia) was exceptional. Staff was excellent. A great property and we will be back next time we are in NYC!"
