We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "

"A FAMILY GUIDE: I you have a couple of kids, no other resort is comparable to Concorde de luxe. I want you to know where you are going to. I have seen lots of resorts in Antalya, but concorde is the only real family friendly resort. there lots of real facilities and diversities (v.s. other resorts' fake kids offers) they are truely engage with making what you want. this is a UALL resort that does not hesisate. they provide high quality food, bevrages and even high quality amusement programs...

"Our room had a leak, therefore, we had to move. Second room was fine but the view outside was a dump with works going on. Room was hot. Temperature was set on winter time, could not be adjusted. Staff were okay but some were rude, especially in reception. They do not speak to you if you don't purchase the trips from them. Food at breakfast was okay. If something ran out, nobody bothered to refill it."

"Super-friendly and helpful management. Was always willing to help us and even prepared to go breakfast pack on the departure day. Full of delicious cheeses and breads - thank you again! The pool is properly heated & cleaned and can be used even on cold days."

"Hotel was spotless, breakfast + dinner buffets had huge amount of choice, views were unbeatable from our sea view room and the lobby, sauna + gym + steam room + pool were well serviced and clean. One main negative was that we were promised a takeaway breakfast via their WhatsApp service due to a 6am checkout, but on checkout we were told nothing had been organized, which was disappointing as we did technically pay for it."
