"10am is unreasonable and too early for checkout. But everything else is better or as you would expect."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Perfect location, close to Paddington Station and all we could’ve needed. Rooms were quiet and sufficiently furnished. Would only request consideration for soap and hand towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, quite a delightful stay. Highly recommend and will be looking forward to staying again!"

"Situato in proposizione strategica rispetto alle migliori attrazioni della città. Camera al nostro arrivo pulita che però dovrebbe avere un servizio pulizia almeno a giorni alterni. Cambio biancheria su richiesta. Aggiungerei qualche attaccapanni, visto che non ci sono armadi."

"Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty for the breakfast"

"Room was freezing, radiator made a very loud noise while it was turned on."

"This is the hotel I chose for my first trip to London. It’s really close to Covent Garden and also very close to Chinatown. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Trafalgar Square. Along the way, there are lots of cafés, fast-food places, souvenir shops, and so on. On the side of the hotel, heading toward Covent Garden, there’s an M&S Food Food market. It’s also very convenient to go from the hotel to see the River Thames, the London Eye the Big Ben and The National Gallery... Overall, the hotel...

"Rude staff. They were dismissive and brusque. The hotel is quite generic, which is fine but not at that price."

"Absolutely lovely check in experience from Glen. Very proffesionall and very knowledgeable. Room was okay it’s a shame about no windows but this is something that I knew before going so completely happy with it."

"We liked the location and the helpful staff"

"Very clean room and close to the train station!"

"A centrally located hotel within minutes of theatre land. The king rooms are fabulous and really specious, ignore the other types as they’re tiny and claustrophobic but ideal if you like that sort of thing. Comfortable beds, powerful showers but the frosted glass doesn’t afford any privacy. I’ll stay here again though."

"The room was satisfactory, and the staff were very good. Hotel in need of an upgrade. Cost for dinner upon late arrival was exorbitant."
