"The hotel was really disappointing. We were 3 girls and paid for a triple room. When checking in they said we couldn’t have a 2 bed room and only one-bed rooms were available. However, doble bed would be available if upgrading (paying $400 extra). That was the general experience, you have to pay extra for everything, the beds at the pool, the good cuts at the restaurants, the cokes at the fridge. They were trying to get more money for everything! So if you are looking for an all inclusive hotel...

"There were RACOONS in our bungalow above the water. The staff was rude. My partner is a RASTA with strict dietary restrictions and THREE (3) Times they tried to feed us PORK when we requested PORK. They are RUDE and ...."

"The hotel was amazing especially for the price. Staff were all awesome, kind and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The beach was also really nice despite the ongoing issues of Sargassum (seaweed) overtaking Mexico waters. The pools were also very clean with a nice variety of locations around the property. The food was also pretty good as well - a little expensive, but its a resort!"

"The biggest compliment I can pay is that I would return to this property! The staff was very personable and polite, sometimes greeting us by name! We rented a room with a King and a pull out. The only problem was that the pull out bed had a very old mattress that needed to be replaced. I asked for extra pillows to use for added support. I will know next time not to get a room with a pull out sofa bed. Other than that it was the perfect get-away!"
