"i loved how the hotel had access to the beach and there were no seaweed in it, especially being in season. it was maintained and staff were friendly for any guidance or questions to answer. no complaints with the hotel. the hotel is on the quiet side of cancún which is nice, about 30 minutes to the city of cancun and an hour to playa de camren. i found it to be accessible for my trip"

"Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones."

"I love this property from top to bottom. Rooms - The rooms were large, beds were comfortable and didn’t smell musty. Pools - so many of them! We came because of the waterslides and lazy river and never even ended up using them because there were so many other fun pools. There’s an activity pool that had water volleyball and other games with a swim up bar. There was also an adult only pool club that played excellent DJ music all day long. "The property and rooms were beautiful! Concern- Toliet water smelled like sewerage Only one restaurant was a sit down which a reservation has to be made the day of arrival. Only got in once during the week. ALL others are buffets. Some of those are closed several nights during the week. The food was not the the best. Recommend going in December for greener mountains we went in June."
