" Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were always kind, polite, and helpful. I’d like to give special recognition to Roberto, who works at the poolside restaurant — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a big smile. "Pro’s - Beautiful property! Aesthetically pleasing. Rooms are beautiful! - Xplor, Xenses and Xenotes are all awesome! The excursions are definitely worth doing and worth the price! Con’s - room service wait time and quality was hit or miss. Getting them to answer the phone for it was also a challenge. We ordered one night around 9pm and were told it was about an 80-90 min wait! Like I’ll be asleep by then! And we were! - Tub takes forever to fill and was not user friendly at all! Had to call...

"Really enjoyed our stay for three nights at this hotel. We originally were booked at another hotel but the seaweed smell was so strong that we booked this one and was so happy because there was no seaweed and the amenities were wonderful. It’s a peaceful place and great restaurant on the waterside. I do wish they had a variety on their menu besides so much pasta. Highly recommend getting a room with a porch that you can walk out onto"
