"The resort didn’t have a variety of tequilas when you upgrade you still don’t have a good selection of drinks and if you find one you like you have to wait about half an hour for them to restock the tequila. There is a long wait for fish nets restaurant. You can only sit at the cabanas if you are buying additional bottle service. You can only eat in designated areas."

"We were scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but the staff were so slow that we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. Conversely, although check-out was at 12 PM, they rushed us into our room at 11 AM.
