"It was our first time and we were very satisfied with everything. Staff were courteous and friendly and very hospitable. Food and drinks are overflowing. Amenities are complete for me, there is always something for everyone. The only complain I had was since we were there during spring break, there were a lot of college students and so therefore some of them leave some drinks or plates on some random spots but apart from that they are just minding their own business like everyone else. Breakfast apparently serves left over food from last night dinner, and some lunch is from the same day breakfast, ... Restaruant Sunan is not good with the Mexican twisted Asian food. No one is friendly or wants to be friends or have a good time. It’s primarily all 14–20 yr old kids drunk. Do not bring ur daughter here or allow her to go. "Enjoyed our stay. The Activities Staff was amazing (shout out to Leo, Leslie, Paola, Natalia, Davina, and Jorge) and we enjoyed the beach, pool, and evening entertainment. Check in was fine, it it would have been helpful to know that we would have a building concierge who would give us all the specific details (Building 18- Michelle Ramirez was fantastic!).
