"We recently stayed at this resort in Cancun, and overall we were pretty disappointed. The staff wasn’t very helpful. We noticed they were much more attentive to older guests and guests who seemed to be American while our family who is Hispanic and traveling with young kids was often overlooked. It honestly felt like they only became friendly or willing to help after we tipped which was really disappointing. Another issue was the kids pool. "We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton all inclusive. The staff was extremely friendly ( especially David and Aylin in concierge). The food was all delicious, especially their steak house. The drinks were good, typical all inclusive styled drinks. I will note however, the property is located quite a ways from the Hotel Zone, we went during the sargassum peak time so the water was a little murky. We spent most of the time in the pool. "The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
