"The property is extremely dated! We had lizard in our room. The outdoor view is beautiful, but beds are not as comfortable and there is no air conditioning. Breakfast was amazing! We only stayed for a night and that was okay. I wouldn’t have been able to stay here more than that. The grounds are beautiful, however the property most definitely needs an upgrade!"

"I was really disappointed with my stay. For the price, the rooms are very small, smell old, and are not worth the cost. The worst part was arriving late after already paying through Expedia, only to have the owner insist that I pay a second time directly to him. He refused to let me check in and was very rude, leaving me stranded with my luggage while I spent a long time on the phone with Expedia, with no taxis available that late. It was a very stressful way to end the day, and unfortunately...

"The rooms were fine, but there is certainly signs of deferred maintenance. Loose plumbing fixtures, broken light fixtures, no explanation on operation of A/C, television, etc. Just beginning to show its age. On the other hand, the staff are all great, food very good and THE BEACH!!!!! Would we go back? Doubtful due to deteriorating conditions."
