"Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything slowed down in the best way possible. "Front desk while checking in: she could have been nicer.
Hotel staff: awesome, they were kind, respectful, and welcoming.
Hotel and outdoor pool areas: super clean, with staff everywhere keeping things in order.
Inside the room: it felt like the room didn’t match the outside. The rooms were pretty small, and everything felt a bit tight. They could benefit from some renovation.
Room service: GREAT. They were quick, and the food was great.

"First time doing an all inclusive and we reallly enjoyed every part of it. Anything you could possibly need for the trip was provided by the hotel such as waters soda beer and snacks in your room and a 24 hour lounge that had a bar and plenty of options for late night snacking. We loved the cafe by the lobby which had coffee pastries and ice cream. For breakfast they always had fresh squeezed orange juice and so much variety we never got tired of the food even after 9 days.
