We have vacationed in Cancun many times and are well aware of the Seagassum issue, however every resort we have stayed in works to remove it daily and our stays have been fantastic. "The Resort speaks for its self Excellence Rivera Maya was phenomenal. I recommend it to any couples or singles that want to escape to another world! Our room was beautiful and with a full bar with tequila and beer. The staff made it even better by making you feel special and the food was out standing. "The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff were so kind and helpful. The north pool could use some better cleaning and the kids pool is great for the kids but also needs to be maintenanced and all the restaurants at good except Sunan. Sunan needs more employees, there is only one server for the whole restaurant. Other than that I had a great vacation there."

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
