"We loved the pleasant smell of the entire resort. The room was spacious and kept very clean. The buffet was good, wished there was a better variety of choices. The Italian restaurant was delicious! The only thing that was irritating was the spa staff. They were non stop asking if we wanted massages. I understand that they are doing their job, but the same person would ask us over and over again, then the other staff were right behind them asking the same thing. Overall we loved the resort!"

"El staff no da el mejor servicio, algunos si, otros muy desatentos, la comida solo los restaurantes de las cenas son ricos , las bebidas aveces buenas aveces feas, los buffet de la mañana y tarde son de mala calidad y no hay nada mas para ir a comer, el mar es terrible, los shows mas o menos, y no hay en que entretenerse, excepto por dos o tres actividades que tienes que pagar extra…."

"We were scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but the staff were so slow that we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. Conversely, although check-out was at 12 PM, they rushed us into our room at 11 AM. The food was delicious and the pool was nice. However, the water in the overwater villas was dirty and covered in a lot of algae, so you can't swim directly into the sea from your room."
