"This place is amazing!!! It’s truly an experience."

"We enjoyed the 10 days we stayed. There was quite a bit of construction/ renovation going on every day but we learned to deal with it. The room was very nice and the staff did a great job keeping it clean and neat. We will be going back in the future."

"We like the snack bar. Food was bad. We had to complain three times for hot water in our room. We had a card for energy saving"

"Such a great choice. This resort was everything I dreamed it would be. Thank you for making my birthday so special :)"

"Todo excelente"

"They need to have their own transportation from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the airport."

"It was a very nice hotel with a nice beach and pool combo. Lots of entertainment options for adults and kids. Highly recommended."

"Great entertainment and food."

"Overall everything was excellent, like the amenities the Staffs were amazing. Most of all our Concierge Amado was top notch 👌"

"I enjoy everything All staff was so kind and helpful. Food was delicious at buffet but better at the night restaurant. My favorite was Milan very clean pools and everywhere specially the beach was awesome"

"This was my first resort experience, and I honestly felt like royalty. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The food and drinks were amazing, the resort itself was beautiful, the pools were incredible, and the service was truly top-notch. Every little detail made the experience special. One little tip: Cancún is surrounded by jungle, so definitely bring mosquito spray! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"Clean room, friendly staff"
