Cari Hotel di Quintana Roo

"Run! this is listed as 5 stars trust me, it's not. the only good thing here is the staff. they advertise 6-7 restaurants open daily there was only 3. the beach is full of Sargassum. which made the entire resort smell like poop. the resort has overpriced scamming taxi services for you to leave the resort. the food is horrible. the swim outs are dirty and anybody from the beach can literally jump up to the swim out"

"The swim up room was a plus The food was great They could signal better we found ourselves lose a couple of times And the night show area is too hot very difficult to enjoy however the bar next to it lots of fun I would go back anytime"

"Had an amazing time here. Loved that Xcaret Mexico was walking distance from the hotel. Staff was super friendly and food was good!"

"Have more people that speak English"
