"I loved my stay. Everyone was so nice starting from the front desk, bartenders, housekeepers, waiters, they all made our stay so wonderful. They need atleast one nightlife activity. Going to Riu caribe at night or the constant Super Latino show was boring. If they had one night dancing party by the pool, that would be wonderful! Other than that , it was a great trip"

"The food was very average at best. It was pretty frustrating to be hounded to become a palace member. You also got resort credits with your stay that could hardly be used for anything. Pools were really warm like not refreshing by the afternoon. The beach was a huge disappointment- it literally looked like mud, no one went in. "My experience at Hyatt BB Island Cancún was one of the worst I have ever had at a hotel. During my stay, I became seriously ill with severe vomiting and diarrhea and had to seek medical attention at my own expense. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s response. "The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing.
