"Overall a pretty good stay. Room sizes...well it's central London so compact and bijou is the name of the game. Can't complain. Biggest issue was the SINGLE lift to the 7th floor which could barely fit in my mum's wheelchair with great difficulty and often a long wait. If you're a wheelchair user insist on a lower floor! Wifi in rooms very unreliable. Breakfast good."

"Great value stay, great location. Room was small but perfectly formed. Spotlessly clean but the bathroom did smell like cigarettes every now and then unfortunately - guessing somebody in a nearby room was smoking as it wasn’t all the time. A baby cot was provided and it was also clean and ideal for the job. We used the Shackle app to check in which is great for avoiding the queue at the desk - they only ever have one person working so that can be super long if lots of people turn up at once. I...

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
