"The hotel was great the only reason we have marked it down is that the elevator wasn’t working when we were there and we wanted a room with a view so it was quite a few steps to get up and down."

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
