"All Good except the complimentary water bottles provided should be according to family size. We were 4 of us and they provided 2 small bottles daily. I know my deal was not all inclusive but at least water should be on demand and as much as you wish. "

"Clean rooms and restaurants, staff is super friendly and helpful on the resort, beach view is iffy and the rooms are far away from the actual beach, weird and gross bathtub on the balcony 😳 Be ready to say no thank you a lot bc while it is AI -- they try to upsell you in all areas : food, massage, stores, etc. It gets quite stressful at times bc they continuously are asking for more money whilw there outside of gratuity. "We had an amazing time. We had a party of 5 and the Staff was extremely attentive: The spa was relaxing and exhilarating, entertainers at the pool were fun and enjoyable. Need a bit more restaurant selections (but the food was good ) and I suggest more speakers around the pool as there was only in one area during the day . "

"Hotel was beautiful and rooms were wonderful. No smell of moisture in the rooms which is common in some areas. Food was below average and dinner staff lacked hospitality. Their main focus was to get you fed and out of the restaurants with no check ins in between dish courses. Food lacked any flavour; but specifically, Manhatten had to be the worst restaurant to eat at. Overall I would not choose to stay at this resort again "
