"Good pool options, good food options (a little bland but still good) service from staff was good. Hotel itself was clean and easy to access. Loved that It was on the beach and you can swim in the ocean. Wish they had a little more at the snack bar. And maybe add shuttle service to local areas for tourist to visit easier. "

"loved our trip to Mexico and temptations. everything involving our trip went without a hitch. booking, flight etc... booked our trip from airport to hotel thru USA transfers and would highly recommend now for the negative: the pool chair chase is crazy. we were told that the pool chairs were "first come first served" towels don't become "available" until 7:00 am and yet when I arrived at the pool, earlier and earlier each day, all the seats around the pool had towels on them...

"If you are heading to Emporio, make sure you are patient, as you will definitely have to wait a long time at check in. I waited standing in line 1h15min to check in (That's not a typo nor an exaggeration!), and it seems it is normal for this property. I booked an all inclusive via experia that seem to have disappeared, so i had to pay for it again, and my ocean view turned into a building view! Staff is always nice and super friendly, but the staff at the reception needs more help and need to...

"BEWARE! This was our 3rd trip to The Grand MP in the last 12 months. This will be our last. Each time we have been, more & more restrictions, less inclusions. They admitted to having higher room categories available yet refused to honour my upgrade. The manager at the front desk, Jesus, was very rude to me. Book something else. This is not the place. No updating has happened to the older buildings. They just completed construction on some of the newer buildings. They look incredible. But...
