"Well located property in Covent Harden area. Professional staff, good breakfast, clean. Elevators can get overwhelmed at times."

"The room did what it needed to do for the most part, very spacious despite size. The only couple of issues were that the shower was making a weird gurgly noise pretty much all night, making sleep difficult and I found there was a not pleasant drainage smell to the room, though subtle but was still aware."

Water is coming out of the shower and the floor is moldy and swallen. So, the washroom door jams. Overall design is somewhat pretentious but with unnecessaryly reduced space and functionality. Would have been better with more conventional simpler approach. Overall recommended though."

I tried to contact the hotel but the phone number wasn't working so I sent a message informing we would be arriving the next day and wanted to confirm our reservation was held for us and that our room would be ready in the morning. "We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The hotel is in a great location. Close to train stations and theaters. The rooms were very clean and not too small. The onsite restaurant was very good and the roof top bar provide a great view of London. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. We will definitely be back!"
