"What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. "All of the reception staff I met during my stay were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a slight issue with my TV which I informed reception of when I left to go out and it was fixed by the time I got back, so excellent service. The room was a good size for a single especially in London, and was very clean and comfortable with air con and is with nice modern decoration throughout. Bed was made up, bathroom cleaned, bins emptied and clean towels every day. I can't thank everyone at the hotel...
