"The hotel is in a great location. It was very very busy,so check in took a while but there were a lot of school trips so I think it was just bad timing. Friendly & helpful staff. Only downside was that the room was a little warm and there was no air conditioning. Would definitely stay again."

We visited during an unusually hot spell in London, and because the hotel is in an older building, the air conditioning wasn't quite as effective as we're accustomed to.
