"Property nice, rooms nice, entertainment needed work, some nights the entertainment was boring. Towels in room should be repleced, they looked like they had been washed a thousand times. Maids who made up the room work was inconsistent. Sometimes they did a good job and sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they didn't leave enough towels."

"The hotel is fantastic, the staff members are helpful, and the food is to die for. Pools and activities are excellent entertainment for those who want to chill on the premises. However, the drinks are not as good as you think; sometimes you feel you are only drinking club soda and ice and can barely taste the alcohol. On the other hand, sometimes they pour too much alcohol, making it impossible to finish the drink. Other than that, great location spot, I will definitely go back to this place. "

"Hotel is okay, to be a 5 star, I would have thought they will include a robe and slippers but they didnt so bring your own. To be a 5 star hotel I would have also thought drinks (alcohol) would have been better. Really at the "night club" the only option was J.b. whiskey and Passport whiskey? This bottles are literally 12 dollars each, so for what I paid for, this is extremely trash. The lady that checked us in never explained there was an "exclusive area" so here we are going to these places...

We had a large group of 5 families who booked separately but the resort was able to accommodate us getting rooms close by, and helping us with booking reservations to the various restaurants and trying to seat us close together! The staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive. The room service was excellent and very convenient. I would especially recommend this resort for their excellent service. "
